Well here it is. The official snicks top 100 of the 80's. My picks for the best of the decade, now chronicled for all of history.
You may notice a few things about the countdown. For starters - It's very female-centric. And you may see the same names show up multiple times. And you may see quite a few "lost" hits. The songs you'll never hear on any of those 80's shows.
snicks, it is SO AWESOME that you featured the faboo Kim Wilde on this week's recap. I thought she was great, and never understood why she didn't make a bigger impact in America. Go For It was the oddest music video I'd ever seen (I think that still remains true), but it's just so full of 80's goodness - dig that bass break! I had the single sleeve poster that came with the record on my wall for the longest time. (BTW - it peaked at #65) :)
